PneuNets Bending Actuators

Inspired by 

This week's assignment is making a soft gripper, and be able to raising up a empty bottle at lease.

This mechanism is a amazing structure that I wanna study as long time ago, with no doubt that I download the model on SoftRoboticsToolkit, but model top and bottom aren't suitable in the end.

And then, is hard to take the module off, therefore I trying a lot of different 3D printing models, gonna to saw which one would became good and successful one!   

Making

​Spraying a lot of release agent just in case.

Be careful to pouring the silicone,

And trying your best to make the flatten surface. 

It goes well but just in this moment, the bubble hole inside the silicone made the module cannot inflow well, however, model transformed by the heat of the oven,so I need to print another model.

It's still no easy to took the silicone off, even though that I spray alo of release agent.

I'm trying to tear apart the part of the model have, require the silicone module by disassembling the 3D printing module, different way of the original one, but this one is too weak on the wall, perhaps the reason of broken is that i'm so rude.

 Really intelligent way! 

Divide the entire module to  two or three part is becoming easy to get the silicone !!!!! Amazing!!!
